What would be a safer area to live in , mexican or black?

First off before i get the racist answers. Jsut answer the question please.
I have a choice of moving to a mexican area in cali or a black area in NY.
Which would be cleaner, safer, and nicer of the 2
NO offense but mexicans seem to keep their neighborhoods cleaner and quieter..
But every black area that black infaltrate they just ruin it and destroy it

You already know the answer. Anyone with common sense can see that one is grimy the other you are likely to be murdered and your family raped.
