The Disney world Orlando is one place in the world that never faces an off-season. This place is always brimming with smiling, screaming and bright faces. However, it is to be remembered that the school vacation time, that is late May, mid December, long weekends or the spring break is never the ideal time for Disney world vacation. This is because, the Disney vacation can be enjoyed the most when the place is least crowded and the weather is pleasant.
If you visit the Disney world resorts during the so called 'off season', the hotel resorts are available at a slightly cheaper rate and so are considered as quite a favorable time for the visit. However, in case of any special event or large convention, the same rates can again get inflated without any prior notice or information. Based on the general recommendation, the best time to visit the Disney world resorts is the time period between the Labor Day and the Thanksgiving, the week following the Thanksgiving till the mid of December or the few weeks before the Spring vacations in school.
Interestingly, there are also some worst seasons for Disney world vacation. The school spring break just before and after Easter is one of the worst times for the visit. During such season, the crowds are beyond imagination, the traffic is unbearable and the huge lines and queues are simply intolerable. The summer and December holidays are also one of the avoidable times of the year, as many outstation candidates flock to the Disney world Orlando during this time.
The summers are excruciating and painful due to the oppressive humidity and heat while the Christmas time is not at all favorable because of the thick crowd and lack of parking space. Along with these major issues, there is also the petty concern over the 'love bug', the small fly look-alikes who are a complete nuisance during the months of September and May. With all these taken into consideration, the off-season weekends are undoubtedly the best time for such vacation.
Since Florida is quite known for its unpredictable weather, where an afternoon downpour is the most likely thing to happen, people are suggested not to get tensed, with such happenings while on a stroll. In fact, several indoor attractions like the Hollywood Studios, the Epcot, and the Universal Studios Florida are quite a crowd puller in such situations. The only problem is the outdoor rides and most of the attractions that are temporarily shut down during such storms, lightings and downpours.
While going for a Disneyland world vacation, some people also prefer avoiding the months of June to November because of the probable hurricane that is likely to strike in such months. Whichever season you choose, always make sure that you reach Disneyland a little early so that you do not face the queue problem. The map of the place can be of much use and help while going for a vacation to this world of fun and magic.
