Cream Chocolate
chocolate cream a good idea to fix this?
I made brownies today, but the phone rang so I accidentally left them on for too long. It's made them a little dry around the edges. Should I leave them like this, or make an icing or topping to put on top?
I was thinking of making a chocolate cream. Good idea or not? And if good, does anybody have a good recipe for one?
You could try a Ganache, it's a chocolate and cream topping. Recipe: 8 ounces of semi-sweet or bitter-sweet chocolate cut into small cubes.3\4 cup of heavy whipping cream.2 tablespoons unsalted butter.And a tablespoon of Brandy or Cognac (That's optional, but they give it a nice flavor)First put the pieces of chololate in a medium sized bowl. Then heat the cream and butter in a sauce pan on medium heat, just to a boil. Immediatly add the cream and butter ontop of the chocolate and leave it for about five minutes. Stir it until it's smooth, at this point you can add the liqueur.

But Is Ice Cream is helpful to your health? Answer is not in good sense. There are lots of nutritionist told about how harm full ice cream they are. With nutritional analysis provided by company and other analysis brought result that is not good. For A chocolate-dipped waffle cone you would get 320 calories and 16 grms of fat and for scoop of ice cream has 820 grm of calories and 26 saturated fat.
With 1270 calories and 38 grms of saturated fat is like a creaser salad or T-bone steak. With ice cream taste and its freezed temperature creates headache, from which around 1/3 population are affected around the world. This type of headache is common type of headache. This is not type of dangerous headache for human life. But migraine suffers may have migraine after this rapid pain.
The pain can be optimized with drink and eating slowly. Other method is, for reducing the pain, to touch the roof of mouth with tongue.
